TC Consult in partnership with Welsh Assembly Government and Newport Unlimited

TC Consult is working with the Welsh Assembly Government and Newport Unlimited as cost monitor, for the 155 unit Newhaus residential scheme in Newport, South Wales.

The scheme represents the first move towards riverfront apartment living in the city, and is being constructed by the Bristol based developer Westmark.
