TC Consult appointed to manage new Dragon annexe block
TC Consult Ltd have been appointed as Project Coordinators, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors, for the new build Annexe block at the Dragon Hotel Swansea. The project comprises demolition work and a new build block containing ground floor conferencing suites, and 21 luxury rooms above.
In addition to TC Consult the project team includes Pentangle Design Group as Architects, Shear Design as Civil & Structural Engineers, HTB Consult as CDM Coordinators and Midas Construction Ltd as the main contractor.
The project is due to start on site in January 2008 with a target completion in November 2008.
