New Project and Cost Management Commission in Malvern

Henry Boot Developments Ltd have appointed TC Consult as Project Coordinator, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveyor for a new build retail/trade counter development at Townsend Way, Malvern.

The project comprises a 17,000ft2 building split into 4 separate units, with associated external works. With an estimated construction value of circa £1.3m, the project is due to be submitted for a planning application in March 2008.

The project team comprises of TC Consult, Stubbs Rich Architects, Shear Design, RW Gregory, Bespoke Building Control & HTB Consult.
