Residential Fund Monitoring Commissions

TC Consult have been appointed as Fund Monitor by Svenska Handelsbanken for two new build private residential developments in Cardiff and Llanharan.

The number of enquiries and commissions on private residential work has been steadily increasing since January 2009 and this commission is a positive sign of the residential market slowly recovering.
