New Residential Development Chiswick, London

TC Consult have been appointed as Project Coordinators, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors, on the new build residential development in Chiswick, London. The project comprises the demolition of an existing factory unit, and new build of 3 bespoke residential dwellings, finished to a very high standard.

The project team comprises TC Consult Ltd, JDW Architects, Steve Morgan Associates, Bespoke Building Control & HTB Consult.

The project is due to commence on site in January 2008 and complete by the end of November 2008.
