Employer's Agent Role in SA1

TC Consult have been appointed as Employer's Agent on a new mixed use project which comprises ground floor retail with hotel and leisure above, in the regeneration area of SA1 waterfront, Swansea.

The new build development will comprise 63,000 sqft including a 132 bed hotel and restaurant for Whitbread with views overlooking the Prince of Wales Dock. The ground floor area has a 4,500 sqft unit pre-let to Tesco Stores.

The project construction costs are being negotiated with Jehu Project Services. Other team members include TC Consult Ltd, CW Architects, Shear Design, Hoare Lea, Berry Smith and HTB Consult.
