Consultancy Of The Year Award Nomination

We are delighted to confirm that TC Consult have been nominated for the Insider Property Awards Wales 2009 Consultancy of the Year Award.

Submissions from all nominated consultancies will be judged in May and the winner announced at the awards dinner on Wednesday 17th June 2009.

Residential Fund Monitoring Commissions

TC Consult have been appointed as Fund Monitor by Svenska Handelsbanken for two new build private residential developments in Cardiff and Llanharan.

The number of enquiries and commissions on private residential work has been steadily increasing since January 2009 and this commission is a positive sign of the residential market slowly recovering.
